Your application is not a guarantee of acceptance, selection or winning. You will need to pay your application fee of $25 along with the application form for a complete application submission. You will be notified by email regarding your application once it has been fully received and next steps will be given and entered into round one.

*Entries are still accepted after March 31st when voting begins. You can still enter even after voting has begun.
Round One: Fill out the application and pay submission fee.
Round Two: You will receive and official acceptance email upon approval. Your Profile image and bio will be listed on our Fashion show contestant page as well as in the Facebook contestant gallery post. You will be sent a direct link to both of those for you to begin promoting yourself. This stage is all about votes. You have 2 opportunities to move to Round three.
How Voting Works
Social votes - This is solely done on Facebook. You do not need your own Facebook page for this. We will have your image on the Artsville Fest Page post for you to share and encourage your friends and family to like the picture on the page. The contestant with the most likes by July 1st will move on to round 3.
Angel votes - This is solely done on Artsvillefest.com You will receive a direct link to your listing on the website to share with friends and family. This is a financial vote and the contestant with the highest monetary donations will move on to round 3. The contestant with the highest monetary donations will move on to round 3
(All donations, proceeds and financial support given for the fashion show contestants will be put in the pool to divide among the top 3 finalists in each category at the event on Oct 3rd - The more we raise the higher the winnings)
Winner Selection
Winners of the Social votes, Angel votes and Jury votes in each category will be moving on to round 3.
The Jury selection is done by the board of directors on the Artsville Committee. If you have been chosen you will be notified by email.
Winners of the social votes and angel votes will also be confirmed and given all details in moving on as the finalists in the Oct 1st event as well.
Round 3: This will be the finale event and the kick off to the Artsville Festival week this year. The event will be hosted at The Emerald as we transform the room into an epic runway and light show experience featuring each of our finalists Films, performances and runway shows. More details and ticket information will be sent out in preparation for this epic evening. Good luck!!
